This course is designed to give students a foundation understanding of enterprise information systems and how these systems fit into today’s business operations. Enterprise Information Systems are now essential infrastructure to both large corporate entities, as well as to small-tomedium (SME) organisations. Establishing Enterprise Information System (EIS) can help organisation increase the efficiency, and effectiveness in performing the respective business processes required to run their operations and to deliver their goods or services to customers. This course is therefore viewed as a combination of business management practice and technology.
