Mục tiêu của môn học:
 Kiến thức: Sau khi học xong môn này, sinh viên sẽ:
+ Biết trình bày tóm tắt các kiến thức tổng quát về giao tiếp.
+ Nêu được tầm quan trọng của kỹ năng giao tiếp trong môi trường du lịch.
+ Liệt kê được các kỹ năng giúp giao tiếp hiệu quả trong môi trường du lịch.
+ Hiểu các ý nghĩa và hoạt động của lễ nghi ngoại giao.
 Kỹ năng tác nghiệp:
+ Sử dụng thành thạo các phương tiện giao tiếp trong công việc, cuộc sống và trong học tập.
+ Ứng xử và giải quyết được các tình huống giao tiếp trong môi trường du lịch.
+ Hòa nhập và thích ứng với môi trường du lịch một cách nhanh chóng.
Tóm tắt nội dung môn học:
− Trình bày khái niệm về du lịch, khách du lịch, sản phẩm du lich và đặc điểm của nó.
− Các nhà cung ứng dịch vụ du lịch: lữ hành, vận chuyển, lưu trú, ăn uống, tham quan, giải trí.
− Lao động trong du lịch; Những tác động của du lịch và hoạt động du lịch trong tương lai.
At the end of the course participants are expected to:
- Understand the basic notion of statistics in research.
- Know designs used to conduct research.
- Understand some key elements in research such as selection of criteria of subjects, variables, measurement scales of variables, and hypothesis.
- Learn various statistical techniques used to analyze data. Be able to interpret results and draw conclusion.

Course Objectives
- Understand, define and explain basic statistical concepts like sample, population, variable and attribute;
- Calculate and explain Crosstabs, Chi-square tests, z-scores, confidence intervals and t-tests;
- Apply and relate the general logic of inferential statistical methods, including t-tests, chi-square tests, crosstabs, and analysis of variance (ANOVA);
